About The Role
The D365 Business Systems Analyst at Frette plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, which includes modules such as Finance & Operations, Retail, and Customer Service. This position involves providing comprehensive implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance support to ensure seamless business operations. The analyst will analyze business processes, develop reports for operational insights, and advocate for the effective use of D365 applications across various business units. The role offers the flexibility of remote work following an initial two-week in-person training at our New York City office, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking a dynamic and supportive environment.


Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer science, accounting, business, or an equivalent field
• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, particularly Supply Chain, Finance & Operations, and Retail modules
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or AX ERP applications, including AP, AR, GL, Retail, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory, and Project Accounting (preferred)
• Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and PowerApps (a plus)
• Retail, Wholesale, Logistics, or Finance experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
