What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must have experience with the On-Exchange Individual marketplace for medical and dental plans
• Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and tracing requirements
• Ability to comprehend high-level technical concepts without requiring technical skills
• Experience in creating process workflows and use cases
• Must be able to work during Pacific time zone business hours

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for tracking IT work
• Familiarity with the Federally facilitated marketplace (FFM) administered by CMS or the WA Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE)
