Overview
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager with knowledge of Administrator / Receptionist to join our team . Candidates must have a keen interest in Cars / Automotive Knowledge or have worked in similar business role will have an advantage but full training will be provided.

- Knowledge of managing social media platforms such as Instagram/ Tiktok/ Facebook/ Youtube/ Snapchat.
- Knowledge of video content creating
- Uploading on stories, reels & post continuously for each job
- Understand how algorithms work as-well as increasing engagement
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Dealing with customers front end confidently and dealing with enquiries
- Answering calls professionally
- Taking bookings via walk in and online booking system
- Generating invoices
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ordering stock when levels go below threshold.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and techniques in digital content creation.
- Keen to learn the business model
