Brew-Casso is a specialty coffee brand, built on the idea that high-quality coffee should be effortless. We’ve stripped away the jargon and the complex equipment to focus on the experience.

• **The Product:** Our flagship product is **STIR** - a specialty coffee concentrate sourced directly from the estates of Chikmagalur. It’s the perfect middle ground: significantly higher quality than instant coffee, yet faster and more accessible than brewing from beans.
• **The Narrative:** Inspired by Picasso, we view every cup as a small act of creation. Brew-Casso turns a simple pour into a daily creative ritual. We provide the high-quality base; the user provides the imagination. It’s for people who want a moment of inspiration in the middle of a busy day.

2. The Role: Creator-in-Residence

We're not looking for a traditional "Social Media Manager" to post static ads. We're looking for a Personality.

• **The Vibe:** You will treat the Brew-Casso account as your own personal channel. The content should be personality-led, raw, and authentic - similar to the energy of **@kilrr\_gang**.
• **The Mission:** You are the face of the brand. You’ll be vlogging the journey, experimenting with drink recipes, and showing how coffee fits into a creative lifestyle. We want someone who is comfortable in front of the camera and knows how to tell a story that feels human, not corporate.
• **Creative Ownership:** You have the freedom to experiment with content styles. If you have a wild idea for a video, this is the place to execute it.

3. The Commercials: Fixed Pay + Growth Upside

I want a partner who is genuinely motivated by the brand’s success and sees this as a long-term journey.

• **Fixed Retainer:** 8,000 - 12,000 per month.
• **Performance Commission:** You will receive a commission on every purchase driven via social media.
