ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for someone who loves disrupting to create great work; someone who can drive the planning, creation and delivery of innovative social media content for our partners.

This position will be responsible for implementing social media strategies, copywriting, social creative ideation, content development, lo-fi content production, and campaign reporting. You will have exceptional communication skills and client management skills, as their trusted go-to for all things social media.

You will work closely with our Client Partners and Business Leads to support the development of content strategy, as well as with the creative and PR teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and executed creatively on social media.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Leading the development and execution of social campaigns
• Collaborating closely with internal creative, strategy and client service teams
• Managing several social media accounts, including management of always on and campaign activity, budgets and timelines to deliver on strategic goals
• Managing lo-fi content creation concepts and shoots
• Providing recommendations and insights to client brand leads
• Staying ahead of social media shifts and trends to future-proof client success
• Inspiring and guiding junior team members
• Contributing to agency culture through curiosity, collaboration and creativity

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3-5+ years' experience of social media management
• Assisting with campaign planning and analysis
