What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead business analysis for Group Accident Insurance Plans and Accident & Health Coverage projects within PAS systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for PAS projects
• Create demands and analyze tickets in Service Now, providing resolutions as needed
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for the development team
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive project requirements and ensure engagement throughout the project lifecycle

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Accident and Health (A&H) Insurance domain
• Extensive experience with Policy Administration System (PAS) projects in Accident & Health and Excess Insurance
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams
• Deep understanding of Group Accident Insurance and related products and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
