What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Independently support business analysis and technical writing activities for technology modernization initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate documentation including requirements documents and user guides
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with project teams and leadership to support project delivery and governance activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or IT project support
• Demonstrated experience in eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements
• Public Trust clearance required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
