About The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Client and Partner Success team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is vital in supporting integration projects, resolving support issues, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the success of our client relationships and the overall growth of Broughton Group.


Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Prior experience working with SaaS platforms, XML, or integration projects is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently. A proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, coupled with a customer-focused approach, will be advantageous. Familiarity with project management tools and a basic understanding of software development processes are a plus.
