About this role

General Summary

Responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by serving as a liaison between business units, Information Technology Services, application development/support teams, and internal/external stakeholders. This position facilitates the definition, documentation, validation, and maintenance of business and user requirements for PMO-supported initiatives. The Business Analyst understands current business and system processes, translates stakeholder needs into clear requirements, creates process flows and workflows, and supports project teams in delivering solutions that align with business objectives, PMO methodology, and organizational standards.

·         Support PMO-led initiatives by coordinating business analysis activities in accordance with PMO methodology, standards, and governance expectations.

·         Manage multiple small to large requirements-gathering efforts and project support activities while helping monitor scope, schedule, cost, and quality considerations.

·         Coordinate and facilitate department project meetings, requirements sessions, and stakeholder discussions to support timely project execution and decision-making.
