About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join Dormont Manufacturing Co. as a Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient production workflows. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and other manufacturing tools.
