We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple operations. Duties

• Prepare, review, and analyze data for multiple tax clients, preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Manage accounts using financial software such as QuickBooks Online and Desktop, and preparing data using Excel for QBs entry and for Journal Entries.
• Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining meticulous data entry and recordkeeping standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Online and Desktop; experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel for data analysis is essential
• Experience with payroll management systems like Gusto, Quickbooks and ADP.
• Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent numeracy skills combined with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Effective communication skills for customer service and in-office interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while adhering to organizational policies
• Ability to pass a background check.
