We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The Role

We're looking for a seasoned construction accounting leader to own day-to-day financial control across active residential projects. You'll manage job costing, WIP, AP/AR, cash flow, and reporting in a software-driven environment (QuickBooks + Procore).

Key Responsibilities

• Own job costing, budget tracking, change order flow-through, and WIP schedules
• Run AP cycles including sub pre-qualification, insurance compliance, and lien waivers
• Manage cash flow forecasting, draw packages, and working capital
• Lead monthly close, variance analysis, and financial reporting to leadership
• Design and enforce internal controls, reconciliations, and accounting SOPs
• Manage a small accounting team and collaborate closely with project managers
• Prepare, review, and analyze complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and internal policies.
