WFH Junior UI/UX Designer (Figma)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly detailed Junior UI/UX Designer to create and improve user interfaces for their digital platforms and web applications. In this role, you will develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to build intuitive user experiences. Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Design and improve user interfaces for company websites and digital platforms.
• Create user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Identify user pain points and recommend improvements to enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain consistency across user journeys, interaction patterns, and design systems.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, academic work, capstone projects, personal projects, internships, or freelance work.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
