We’re on the hunt for a Client Project Manager who can take the reins on client onboarding, run smooth software implementations, and make cloud tools feel second nature to our clients...all without the jargon.

In this role, you'll lead the charge on projects, deliver hands-on training, and help accounting firms adopt systems that actually work (and stick). You’ll be the go-to person for best-practice advice, making sure our clients not only survive the transition but thrive long after go-live.

What we are offering:

Key Responsibilities:

• **Project Management:** Lead and manage client projects from initiation through to successful implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• **Software Implementation & Training:** Provide remote installation, configuration, and personalized training on a variety of cloud software solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• **Client Relationship Management:** Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• **Technical Support:** Offer ongoing technical support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online meetings, to resolve any issues that arise.
• **Expert Knowledge Development:** Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously developing an expert level of knowledge in cloud software solutions.
