Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Marketing UI/UX Designer (Adobe Creative Suite) with 5+ years of professional graphic design experience. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, requiring expertise in digital marketing creatives, website UI/UX, landing pages, and conversion-focused design. The ideal candidate is a strategic designer who understands how design influences user behavior, engagement, and business outcomes. You will work closely with marketing, advertising, and sales teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand identity.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible hours AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital and print marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Create compelling creatives for Meta advertising campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Design intuitive website layouts and user interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX best practices.
• Develop creative concepts that improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to produce high-performing visual assets.
• Ensure all creative assets are production-ready and optimized for multiple platforms.
• Leverage AI design tools to improve creative workflows while maintaining high design standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Strong experience designing website UI/UX, landing pages, and digital user experiences.
• Demonstrated experience creating high-converting creatives for paid social campaigns.
• Experience using Claude (or similar AI tools) to enhance creative workflows and content ideation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, web design, and advertising creative.
