## About the Role

This role leads end-to-end website and digital project delivery, with a strong focus on WordPress. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, designers, developers and internal stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks, and maintain clear documentation and quality standards from planning through launch. Success requires proactive ownership, strong client communication and enough technical understanding to guide delivery without needing to code. They will lead our project teams and be responsible for releasing work that meets the agreed criteria.

This role is being recruited by Clarke Point(www.clarkepoint.com), a premier Singapore-based agency dedicated to delivering global recruitment and staffing solutions, and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor.

## What You’ll Be Doing

•     Manage WordPress website projects end-to-end from scoping through launch

•     Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks and competing priorities

•     Control scope changes, variations and release expectations

•     Create project plans, delivery briefs, estimates and supporting documentation

•     Coordinate clients, designers, developers and internal teams throughout delivery

•     Lead stand-ups, planning sessions, refinements and project retrospectives

•     Maintain clear client communication and stakeholder alignment

•    Oversee quality assurance, UAT readiness and launch preparation

•    Troubleshoot project challenges and coordinate timely resolutions

•     Identify workflow improvements that strengthen delivery quality and efficiency
