About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer who can own both the craft and the consistency of the Mister Mobile brand. This is a maker role first, you will be designing daily across retail, digital, campaign, and product touchpoints, while also setting the visual standards that the wider marketing team works within. You should be comfortable moving between a packaging dieline, a store facade concept, a social campaign key visual, and an AI generated hero image in the same week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day to day design output across marketing campaigns, social media, website, EDM, print collateral, and corporate communications.
• Own and evolve Mister Mobile's brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual standards, templates, and the master asset library.
• Safeguard visual consistency across every customer touchpoint, from retail floor to e-commerce listing to partner collaboration.
• Develop creative concepts and design systems that allow junior marketers to produce on brand content independently.
• Design product and packaging, including retail boxes, accessory packaging, labels, inserts, and dielines, working with printers and production vendors through to final artwork.
