Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Owner to help drive one of the most significant modernization efforts within Unsecured Lending Operations. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy supporting the transition from the legacy Automated Processing Environment (APE) to a future-state modernized back-office ecosystem.

The successful candidate will help define the next generation of operational capabilities, moving from tightly coupled legacy processes toward a scalable, API-driven, service-oriented architecture that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, resiliency, and speed to market. This role requires strategic thinking, product leadership, technology partnership, and the ability to influence across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Enterprise Change organizations. The transformation includes evaluating legacy capabilities for divestiture, retirement, or modernization while building durable future-state capabilities aligned to long-term business objectives.

This role will support the Unbound modernization program and play a critical leadership role in defining future-state workflows, intelligent orchestration, automated fulfillment, digital enablement, and modern operational platforms that reduce dependency on traditional back-office processing models.

**In this role, you will:**

• Deliver on the product area vision, priorities and strategy​ while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with the product manager on the overall product vision.
• Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback on requirements where needed.
• Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
