Experience with Airline Clearing House (ACH), ARC, ticket revenue accounting, refund processing, and/or airline settlement procedures preferred.
Experience supporting monthend close and financial reporting activities.

#### Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with airline reservation systems and revenue accounting systems preferred.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple departments.
Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and process enhancement.

#### Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Revenue Accounting & Airline Operations

Reconcile daily lifted ticket activity and investigate discrepancies.
Process Airline Clearing House (ACH) billings to partner airlines.
Process Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) receipts and refunds from travel agencies.
Review incoming Airline Clearing House billings and resolve reconciliation differences.
Process passenger refunds in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Participate in interline and lost/damaged baggage proration and settlement processes.
Verify expired ticket activity and prepare related monthly accounting entries.
