About the Role:
As a Product Owner & Business Analyst, you will lead product discovery, requirements management, and solution delivery for transportation-focused software products serving the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate combines strong Product Owner and Business Analysis skills with hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics operations, and oilfield transportation workflows. You’ll partner with business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to gather requirements, define priorities, and translate business needs into actionable product plans. Throughout the development lifecycle, you’ll manage product backlogs, support agile delivery, and help ensure solutions align with both customer expectations and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or related role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience supporting software products within the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in transportation, route optimization tools, logistics, or field operations.
- Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), fleet management platforms, dispatching solutions, logistics applications, or related transportation software.
