HypeTribe Studio is an AI-first venture studio and performance marketing agency. We don't run campaigns for clients and hand over a report — we build and operate brands end to end: creative, funnels, media buying, tech, and the teams that run them.
We are launching a US TikTok Shop skincare brand built for Spanish-speaking Latina consumers — a joint venture with a US partner who brings the supply chain and creator network. Our side owns the execution engine: US Shop accounts, creator and affiliate operations, the UGC content pipeline, media buying, and CRM.
This is a launch. You would be employee #1 on the ops side, reporting directly to the founder.

## About the role
You will own the day-to-day operating machine of a US TikTok Shop from the Philippines. That means: keeping a large affiliate and creator program moving, keeping a high-volume video pipeline flowing onto our US Shop accounts, and keeping the shop itself healthy and compliant.
Two jobs in one, and we want both:
1. Operations manager — you run TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, product listings, samples, commissions, disputes, and shop health metrics.
2. Project manager — you run the people and the calendar: editors, creators, the partner's affiliate recruitment team, and the founder's priorities, so nothing sits waiting on someone.

## What you'll do
TikTok Shop operations
- Own Seller Center end to end: product listings, SKUs, variants, pricing, promotions, inventory sync, order flow, and returns/refunds.
- Run the Affiliate Center: open and target collaborations, sample requests and approvals, commission tiers, and creator plans.
- Monitor shop health, violation warnings, and product/listing rejections — fix problems before they escalate into a restricted shop.
- Handle appeals, disputes, and TikTok support tickets.
- Report weekly on GMV, GMV Max ROAS, sample-to-post rate, GMV per creator, refund rate, and shop health.
