## The Role
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused exclusively on Engineering hiring. You'll be a strategic partner to hiring managers across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform, and AI/ML — owning full-cycle recruiting for some of the most technically complex and high-impact roles at the company.
This isn't a coordinator role or a checkbox-filler. You'll engage deeply with engineering leaders, build pipelines in markets where top talent is fiercely contested, and be a genuine ambassador for Sigma's mission and engineering culture.
## What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles including Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack), Data Engineers, Platform/Infrastructure Engineers, and AI/ML Engineers
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities — and translate those into sharp job positioning and sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing: LinkedIn, GitHub, conference networks, referral programs, niche communities, and more
