### Job Summary

We’re hiring a Remote Operations / Technical Project Manager (AI Systems) to oversee client operations, manage AI-driven workflows, and ensure seamless deployment of automation systems. This role blends project management, client success, and light technical execution, making it ideal for candidates with experience in AI tools, automation platforms, or software systems.

You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the technical team—ensuring AI systems are properly implemented, optimized, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like **Go High Level, n8n, Zapier**, or similar platforms
• Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes
• Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as **OpenAI (ChatGPT)** and **Claude**
