Position Summary

We are seeking a proven Talent Acquisition Specialist (Seasonal /Temporary) to serve as a high-impact “pitch hitter” during a critical hiring period. This role is responsible for recruiting skilled technicians and field service professionals in a high-demand, competitive market.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for a closer. The ideal candidate builds rapport instantly, operates with urgency, and consistently delivers both quality and volume of hires without sacrificing candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technician and field service roles
• Build pipelines quickly using modern sourcing tools, referrals, and creative outreach
• Partner directly with Operations leaders to understand needs and fill roles effectively
• Engage, influence, and close candidates in a competitive, time-sensitive market
• Leverage recruiting technology, tools, and market insight to stay ahead
