Overview
Cotulla Education is seeking a talented and proactive
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support our hiring efforts across a variety of roles. In this part-time, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent through every stage of the recruitment process—from building deep talent pools and engaging passive candidates to managing offers and closing candidates.
This role will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to support the organization’s growth and strategic goals while navigating an environment of continuous transformation. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can flex with evolving priorities and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and alignment with the Institute's values and requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
