### Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
### Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and tracking project plans and crafting executive-ready presentation materials.
- Experience in a hybrid role balancing quantitative business operations with executive enablement or strategic communications.
- Ability to translate data and complex business insights into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling visual stories.
- Excellent discretion and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and manage priorities in a high-exposure environment.
