JOB SUMMARY
The Wholesale Operations Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership over the full scope of Sullivan St Bakery's wholesale operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position carries genuine managerial authority and accountability — overseeing a team of 12–15 employees across multiple departments including production, packing, delivery, and wholesale administration. The Wholesale Operations Manager works in close partnership with the Wholesale Operations Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Specialist to uphold the highest standards across sales, production, logistics, and customer account management.

This is not a desk-only role. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing ERP data, walking a production floor, evaluating a delivery van's maintenance log, and stepping behind the wheel of a 25-foot Ford Transit when the situation calls for it. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Scheduling

• Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of 12–15 employees across production, packing, and delivery departments
• Build and maintain weekly and daily staff schedules that reflect order volume, seasonal fluctuation, and departmental needs — including evening, overnight, and weekend coverage
