*This role offers location flexibility and is open to candidates across the United States.*

*Candidates based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area will be hired in a hybrid capacity and are expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in‑office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.*

About the Role:

The Strategy & Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the VP/GM of MomentimRx, leading portfolio operations, business planning, execution governance, and cross-functional coordination across product, technology, operations, commercialization, and finance.

This individual is responsible for translating executive priorities into actionable plans, driving accountability across strategic initiatives, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring seamless execution of key business objectives. The role acts as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness by establishing operating mechanisms, executive insights, portfolio governance, and business rhythms that improve decision-making and accelerate growth.
