Staff Accountant

About this role

The Staff Accountant performs professional and analytical tasks in the accounting/finance function. Tasks are sometimes repetitive in nature and follow prescribed procedures. At other times tasks are unique and require independent analysis to achieve general objectives. Work is performed independently, but is reviewed by management prior to release. As circumstance warrant, procedures are developed to provide accounting control over areas of financial risk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• :Prepares financial reports including financial statements, cost reports, and various transaction reports

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $33/hour to $40/hour depending on experience; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experien

ce.
