About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
to build and scale a centralized
Knowledge Automation Platform
that serves as a foundational layer for our Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning initiatives. This role is pivotal in maintaining and evolving our knowledge management systems, which currently span across native systems and Helpjuice. As our business expands across multiple brands, regions, and product categories, the knowledge must transition from static articles to a structured, automated, and continuously maintained taxonomy that remains accurate and easily consumable over time.


In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that facilitate
knowledge lifecycle management
, automate audits and updates, and convert unstructured content into
structured, machine-readable data
. These systems will support downstream Engineering and ML systems, ensuring reliable data consumption and seamless knowledge updates.
