Adobe Express is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Strategy & Operations team. This role is responsible for driving strategy & business planning, execution and performance processes for the strategic priorities. In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Product Marketing and cross functional leaders to drive the delivery of Adobe Express Business and Marketing strategies. You will ensure cross-functional alignment in support of the execution of these strategies across segments.


Responsibilities:

• Thought leader partnership with the PMM
• Managing end-to-end execution of the plan/initiatives
• Managing deliverable/milestone reviews and ensuring cross functional alignment prior to executive reviews
• Planning and facilitating executive reviews including capturing notes and action items
• Proactively identifying and managing risks within projects
• Communicating status and key decisions to stakeholders and executives
• Providing guidance and ensuring alignment between executives and your leaders

Required
Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in a business operations, consulting, strategy, or product management function required
• Experience developing both high level and operational strategy
• Experience driving change and working on complex cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations required.
• Motivated, execution-oriented high-performance individual with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Proven leadership and experience in identifying and solving broad and complex issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven flexibility and adaptability including ability to think on your feet
