About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at AllysAI. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development of our core platform, AllysOS, and the enterprise AI solutions we deploy for our clients. This is not a research-focused position; instead, you will be responsible for shipping robust, scalable, and reliable production AI systems that handle real-world enterprise workloads. You will work closely with the founder and the engineering team to push the boundaries of what is possible in enterprise AI, tackling complex problems such as multi-agent consensus, self-healing AI systems, and multi-step reasoning over large knowledge bases.
