Fetch Staffing Solutions is filling a Sr. Accountant on a contract to hire basis for a non-profit client based on the east coast. Candidates who reside in the Central or Eastern times zones preferred. Contract pay rate is $45-$50/hour DOE. Salary upon conversion is $90K - $100K. Apply today for immediate consideration.

#### Sr. Accountant

Responsible for accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including internal and external monthly financial statements and annual audits.

Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing and total corporate payroll tax compliance. Timely management of all pledges receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, etc.

Participate in a variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

#### Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five plus years of handson Accounting experience.
• Hands on experience using NetSuite ERP required.

Nonprofit GAAP accounting and reporting

• Grant compliance: reporting and grant revenue recognition
• Intermediate to advanced Excel
• Monthend and yearend close
• General ledger, accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
• AP, payroll accounting, and cash receipts
• Audit support and compliance
• Internal controls, SOPs, and process improvement
• Supervision of 2 accounting staff
• Full remote work experience

Core nonprofit accounting experience, internal controls, and supervision

• GAAP accounting in a nonprofit environment
