This role offers an opportunity to improve enterprise service delivery by translating complex business needs into practical, user-focused ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with IT, HR, and business stakeholders supporting a federal client to define requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules and business applications. Working within a nine-person Agile team, you will help shape product backlogs, optimize business processes, and ensure solutions meet user expectations. Your responsibilities will span requirements gathering, process modeling, acceptance testing, training, and change management. You will also contribute to continuous platform improvement by promoting standard functionality, researching technical issues, and incorporating customer feedback. ### Accountabilities

• **Requirements gathering and analysis:** Collaborate with federal client stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions to gather, document, validate, and prioritize requirements for HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and relevant business applications.
• **User stories and functional documentation:** Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria, coordinating reviews with product owners and other stakeholders.
• **Business process modeling:** Document current-state and future-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend standard ServiceNow functionality wherever possible to minimize unnecessary customization.
