We are seeking
Business Analyst, ServiceNow
to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives with the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned and effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with ServiceNow, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams to drive impactful outcomes.


Location: Chantilly, VA (Government/Contractor SCIF) 100% on-site


Clearance: Active Top Secret Required. TS/ SCI Preferred


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements specific to ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting the development of scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of functionality and constraints.
• Support platform configuration and enhancement efforts across modules such as PSDS, ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, SECOPS, CSM, data modeling, forms, lists, workflows, and reporting.
