About the role

The person should have live experience in web development along with hands on experience in Javascript, html5/css3, json, API integration and ServiceNow expertize. The person is good to have exposure to the ServiceNow ITSM or CSM service catalog and integration capabilities with ServiceNow. Preferable knowledge on TSM module is an added advantage.
Responsibilities

• **Should prepare technical requirements for project.**
• **Should deliver high quality of code**
• **Should participate in application evolution by contributing technical enhancement to the applications**
• **Should provide UAT support.**
• **Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA.**
• **Should develop business as well as technical knowledge on the applications.**
• **Should participate in project review meetings as and when required.**
