ServiceNow Business Analyst

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Servicenow Business Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow workstreams and client interactions
• Collaborate with development teams on ServiceNow applications
• Translate business needs into technical designs
• Engage with stakeholders to capture processes and pain points
• Maintain communication with users throughout projects
• Conduct technical assessments to improve ServiceNow
• Create documentation and support testing and training efforts

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules like GRC, SPM, and ITSM
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of low-code platforms and financial management in a federal context
