Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Accountabilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex implementation projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and a positive customer experience.
• Develop project plans, schedules, executive status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews to maintain visibility and project alignment.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and required resources to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and monitor progress to ensure commitments are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing scope changes through established change control processes.
