*What is the job?*

The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies and managing paid media campaigns across various non-social platforms like Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads.

*Responsibilities:*

• Owns and executes SEO and GEO strategy to improve traffic, rankings, and AI-driven search conversions
• Designs AI-ready schema for LLMs, chatbots, and generative search
• Conducts keyword, entity, and topical research for traditional and generative search
• Optimizes on-page, off-page, and technical SEO across multiple sites
• Partners with AI/data teams to integrate SEO insights and automation workflows
• Monitors performance, supports PPC strategy, and manages agencies while tracking ROI

*Qualifications:*

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on SEO experience with proven success managing large-scale or multi-brand websites.

• Experience in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SEO platforms.

• Deep knowledge of AI applications in search and demonstrated experience with LLM schema design, entity optimization, and GEO strategies.

• Technical expertise in structured data, schema markup, and semantic search optimization.

• Experience with PPC campaign support and AI-driven audience targeting.
