Role Description
The Senior Vice President Business Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing core operational functions across Andersen’s service lines in Pakistan. This role leads the design and execution of business operations strategies, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing operational planning, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and coordinating with taxation, corporate advisory, and human capital teams to streamline processes. The Senior Vice President will drive program and project management initiatives, implement continuous improvement practices, and support technology-enabled solutions that increase efficiency and client satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring senior managers, contributing to long-term business planning, and collaborating closely with executive leadership to support sustainable growth.
