Position Overview
You'll build and execute the talent strategy that fuels Leap's growth. You'll partner with leaders across the business to attract and hire exceptional talent, create a top-notch candidate experience, and continuously improve how we recruit, attract, and close talent. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle while shaping the future of hiring at Leap.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across departments – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for roles from individual contributor to leadership.
- Partner with hiring managers across the business to define role requirements, build interview plans, and calibrate on what great looks like.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
