Become a Key Player as a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager

As a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager, you will drive strategy, business planning, and execution for strategic priorities that impact product and marketing outcomes. You will partner with product marketing, cross-functional leaders, and executives to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key initiatives. Work model: Remote with a West Coast preference.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

• Act as a thought partner to product marketing and other cross-functional leaders to define and drive strategic priorities.
• Manage end-to-end execution of plans and initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Plan and facilitate executive reviews, capture notes and action items, and ensure alignment prior to executive-level presentations.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate status, key decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders and executives.
• Provide guidance to leaders to align on priorities and execution across segments.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Proven experience developing both high-level and operational strategy.
• Track record driving change and managing complex cross-functional projects end-to-end in matrixed organizations.
