- Own the day-to-day Azure social media workstream, ensuring momentum, quality, and delivery excellence.
- Serve as a trusted partner and extension of Microsoft’s social lead, bringing confident POVs and recommendations.
- Own and manage the end-to-end editorial calendar, ensuring strong content rhythm, cadence, and sequencing.
- Manage fast-turn, same-day, and real-time publishing tied to key business moments and events.
- Lead intake, approvals, scheduling, and publishing across Teams, email, and trackers.
- Ensure deadlines are consistently met through proactive planning and strong follow-through.
- Lead and develop a pod of 2–3 Social Media Managers, setting direction and removing blockers.
- Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to manage assets and content handoffs.
- Provide lightweight performance insights and analytics to inform content and planning decisions.
- 5–8+ years of experience in social media (brand-side, agency-side, or both).
- Proven experience owning editorial calendars and managing high-volume content programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
