The role
We are hiring a Senior PM to own one of our AI product lines — a clinical decision support tool built on our Atlas foundation model — and drive it from early validation to commercial scale.
This role requires someone who can communicate fluently with pathologists and scientists, think in terms of business outcomes and go-to-market strategy, and navigate the realities of shipping AI products.
What you will do
- Product strategy and positioning: Define what success looks like — who the product is for, what it needs to do, and how it earns a lasting place in clinical or biopharma workflows — while navigating the regulatory constraints of these environments.
- Lead 0-to-1 product development: Taking ideas from research through internal prototypes to shipped products. Build MVPs to validate product-market fit as efficiently as possible.
- Customer focus: Spend real time with users to understand their workflows, then drive structured iterations to validate product-market fit.
- Roadmap: Set priorities across ML, engineering, and science teams. Make the hard calls about what gets built, what waits, and what gets cut — and keep stakeholders aligned.
