Cella is looking for a high-producing Senior Project Manager to join real estate-tech client in their award-winning internal creative agency. Sitting within the Program Management team under Marketing, you will be the operational heartbeat for a dedicated creative squad. You will step into an established, fast-paced environment where you'll manage a high volume of content-driven work and integrated marketing campaigns. We need a "hit the ground running" leader who is comfortable navigating complex workflows independently, driving projects through JIRA, and maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

• **Content Operations & Workflow:** Manage "always-on" creative requests including high-volume email/newsletters, editorial long-form articles for the Learning Center, and video content for YouTube and social.
• **Agile-ish Execution:** Operate in two-week sprints for email and digital work. Manage prioritization, capacity, and trade-offs when the team is at ceiling.
• **Campaign Management:** Lead seasonal, cross-channel initiatives spanning email, social, and digital touchpoints, coordinating with Product Design/UX for landing pages.
• **Stakeholder Partnership:** Act as the primary point of contact between Studio Z and Marketing stakeholders. Communicate timelines, project health, and review cycles clearly.
• **Creative Excellence:** Partner with creative leads to ensure work is on-strategy and delivered within SLAs (aiming for 85%+ on-time delivery).
• **Tool Stewardship:** Drive all projects through **JIRA**, manage assets via our **DAM (Orange Logic)**, and facilitate creative feedback within **Figma**.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5+ years specifically in Project Management within a creative or agency environment.
