About this role
About The Role
Together AI is building the compute infrastructure to power the next generation of AI. As a Program Manager on our Infrastructure Strategy team, you will drive a wide range of programs across our compute supply chain, from delivering new capacity and coordinating infrastructure changes with partners, to standing up processes that help the team scale. The work spans self build and third party infrastructure and touches nearly every function: engineering, go-to-market, and finance.
This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on variety and cross-functional coordination. You will bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives, operate across multiple workstreams at once, and adapt as the team's priorities evolve.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functionally with infrastructure engineering, go-to-market, finance, and leadership on all aspects of compute capacity delivery and infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment on priorities and shared visibility into timelines and risks
- Own program delivery for infrastructure deployments, from contract execution through infrastructure buildout. Track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of compute capacity
- Build and maintain project tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting cadences that give leadership clear visibility into program status and blockers. Develop repeatable processes and playbooks that scale across multiple concurrent programs
- Drive partner and vendor accountability on contractual milestones, equipment delivery, and commercial commitments while maintaining productive relationships
- Translate strategic infrastructure objectives into phased executable programs
- Partner with finance to track deployment costs against budgets, and identify cost optimization opportunities across major infrastructure builds
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3rd party providers when infrastructure modifications, expansions...
