Your role
Handshake AI powers expert-labeled data collection at scale, matching domain experts with leading AI companies to train frontier models. We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to operate at the front lines between our clients, operators, and product team, shaping the experiences that make this work possible.
In this role, you’ll tackle design challenges as they arise, quickly diagnosing issues, stabilizing and improving existing features, and shipping pragmatic solutions that keep projects running smoothly for both customers and operators. Much of this work happens in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where speed, judgment, and strong product instincts matter.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations to work with leading AI labs—turning ambiguity into clear plans and rapidly designing solutions for emerging AI capabilities and real-world workflows.
