IDC is seeking a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead integrated demand generation across North America. This visible leadership role is responsible for building and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact for IDC’s solution portfolio. Operating within a performance-driven, high-accountability culture, this role plays a key part in accelerating growth. We are looking for a high-energy marketer with a strong ownership mentality—someone who takes initiative, drives results, and brings deep B2B expertise in buyer journey strategy, demand generation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Sr Director, Performance Marketing, located in Canada.
What You’ll Do
- **Strategic Demand Generation Leadership:** Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals, driving cohesive messaging and measurable pipeline growth across digital, content, paid, and regional programs.
- **End-to-End Campaign Ownership:** Own the full campaign lifecycle—from planning through optimization—across email, paid media, content, events, and account-based initiatives. Partner with marketing automation and database teams to build high-performing nurture programs that convert engagement into high-quality MQLs and tangible pipeline contribution.
- **Customer Journey & Content Strategy:** Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, aligning messaging and research-driven content to each stage of the funnel to efficiently move prospects from awareness to conversion while driving both quality and volume of MQL creation.
