About The Role
The Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager at ROLLER will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the marketing organization. This person will partner closely with marketing and revenue leadership to design and implement the systems, data structures, and processes that power data-driven decision-making and scalable growth. You'll own and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensure seamless lead management and attribution, and build clear, actionable reporting frameworks that drive alignment across marketing, sales, and finance. Beyond analytics and process, you'll help manage team workflows, calendars, and quarterly business reviews—identifying opportunities to streamline and innovate, including leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and insight.
