Schwab’s newly formed Investment Platforms, Solutions, and Strategy (SIPSS) organization brings together leaders across existing and emerging product areas spanning digital assets, private markets, 3rd party products and platforms, separately managed accounts (SMAs), digital advice, and product strategy. SIPSS is focused on building a premier investment product suite to meet the evolving needs of our clients.


Within SIPSS, the
Senior Manager, Investment Offer Strategy
, will be a part of the Investment & Offer Solutions (IOS) group leaning into product strategy.  IOS is a team of
*curious, optimistic, and gritty*
employees responsible for managing our proprietary Separately Managed Account products and third-party product marketplaces (Alternative Investments, Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Structured Products, Fixed Income, Annuities & Insurance, and 529). Our mission is to provide the best experience for Schwab clients that invest in these products, while growing a key revenue stream.


The
Senior Manager, Investment Offer Strategy
will own discrete components of IOS’s long-term offer strategy, serving as the primary strategist for high visibility initiatives from problem framing through executive decision. This role will also collaborate closely with partners across Schwab in Retail, Advisor Services, Workplace, Schwab Asset Management, and corporate functions (e.g., Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to develop go-forward offer strategy supporting Retail clients, RIAs, asset managers, and Schwab. This role sits at the center of IOS’s most critical strategic questions: where do we invest next? How should our offer portfolio evolve over the next 3–5 years?
